Use of the Search field (top left of the page)
By entering a topic into the Search field, Damage Control will show every article that is associated with that topic.
Use of the Add Filter button (upper right of the page)

For example: If you do a primary Search on Oracle, the results may be 48 articles. By entering an Add Filter term of Technology, the results may be narrowed to 6 articles.
Use of the Topics list (left side of page):
The Topics list consists of general topics applicable to maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite. If you have requested a search with multiple terms, you may see a Red + (number) next to Topics. This number shows the number of Search related articles that appear under a specific Topic.
Use of Release, Tags, Format, Date, and Sort Filters:
The options listed as pull downs for each of these filters, allow you to narrow your search further.
To delete a single filter, use the corresponding [X] next to each filter. If you want to start over, you can use the “Clear All” option. Or, you can start a new search using the Search Field.
